We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team
Role description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, results-oriented person with a passion for sales and strong customer focus. In addition, previous experience in shopfitting & in-store furniture or retail fixtures & POS materials is important to understand the specifics of the projects, the pace of the industry, and the needs of retail customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Higher education, preferably in economics
- Ability to effectively present and promote the company's products or services

We are looking for a qualified Product Manager to join our team
Role description
We’re looking for a hand‑on Product Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead one of our strategic product groups. If you thrive where customers’ needs, engineering, and production meet, this role gives you full ownership - from concept to series of production.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, laser cutting, bending, welding, plastics, wood, metal fabrication)
- Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, tolerances, materials
- Familiarity with DfM/DfA and production workflows
- Comfortable reviewing 3D models (Fusion, other CAD software)
- Experience with lean principles, quality systems (ISO 9001), and industrial validation (FMEA, PPAP)
- Solid grasp of technical costing, ROI, and value engineering
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined product group from a commercial and strategic perspective
- Develop customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with design engineering, production, quality, and sales
- Lead and coordinate customer projects end to end, covering technical, commercial, and organizational aspects from requirements to series production
- Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and control project budgets and coordinate development teams to meet milestones
- Support the full customer journey from needs analysis to implementation, including quotations and interface coordination
- Contribute to product and market strategy decisions
- Create and maintain sales materials, tools, and training content
